Join supportive community members for local, national, and international retreats offering opportunities to slow down, deepen your practice, support each other, and learn.

Paper Lantern offers a variety of retreats throughout the year, both independently and in partnership with our host Sequoia. Retreat focuses, in addition to Buddhist practice and study, include mindfulness in movement, yoga, reading, studying, healthy eating, exploring the natural world, and different cultures.
